Cancellation and suspension of stay
(1) If the lessee renounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-to 29 days before rental: 50% of the rental price

Huset var välvårdat och fin. Såg precis ut som i bilderna. Vår värd var väldigt trevlig, varm och inbjudande. Rekommendersr varmt att besöka detta hus och dricka välkomstdrink med husvärden.

Die Villa Levanda liegt wunderschön am Hang von Veliko Brdo mit Ausblick auf das Meer, tolle Sonnenuntergänge und einem beeindruckenden Bergpanorama. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber, zudem gibt es hier alles, was man braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen und sich mit Spaß die Zeit zu vertreiben. Der Pool ist sauber und schön, unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, sehr schöne Aussicht. Die offene Küche im Erdgeschoss ist ein sehr schöner Ort für Familienfrühstücke und Abendessen. Während des Aufenthalts hat es nichts gefehlt.
