Cancellation policy
You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies:
100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price.
If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024.
The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Žminj is the centre of Istria. Small town filled with good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small, charming shops. It is really quiet and so close to all other places in Istria. As a historical crossroads offers routes to reach all important places: such as: Rovinj, Porec, Rabac, Ucka.
Zminj is a beautiful and quiet environment that can only be credited to the Rasa valley and the Limska Draga Cove.

geräumiges Haus, alles vorhanden, sehr netter Kontakt zum Hausherrn, Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Ort, perfekt zu Corona, Orte wie Pula, Rovinij,Porec jeweils 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt,
sehr schöner Familienurlaub, wir kommen wieder !

We were a big family group, so we looked for a real big place, with space for the kids to play, a large swimming pool, a big outside table, a barnecue place, etc ... and we definitely found it.
Petar Bencic's villa is really a dream, for those who do not want to stay among all tourists, but meet the real Istria, in the middle of nature.
On top of this, Petar took care of all perfectly.
The location is very good, because central in Istria, so you can make different excursions to all the beautiful places.
Of course, this villa is rather not for people who want to lay at the beach all day (30min away), but for real nature and privacy lovers, and peole wanting to make short trips around in all directions (the Ucka mountains, the Pazin canyon, Motovun and Groznjan, Pula). All in all, a perfect holiday rest.
