Host's notes
Cancellation policy
In the event that a renter must cancel a reservation and provides us written notice at least 8 weeks or more in advance of the rental start date, all fees paid shall be refunded to the renter.
If the reservation is cancelled between eight weeks and four weeks in advance of the rental start date, the renter shall receive a refund of 50% of the rental fees paid.
If notice of cancellation is received less than four weeks prior to the rental start date, the renter shall forfeit all rental payments.

Das Haus ist super schön gelegen, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist etwas einfacher aber zweckmäßig. Alles funktioniert. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit im Problemfall. In unserem Fall schlug ein Blitz in einen gegenüberliegenden Telefonmast ein, das Internet fiel aus. Problem wurde umgehend mit einem LTE Router gelöst. Villedieu ist ein Dorf mit einem der schönsten Plätze der Gegend. Die Bar, das Bistro und das Restaurant sind alle empfehlenswert. Eis gibt es auch am Platz. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Es war ein toller Urlaub.
