Cancellation policy
The tenant can terminate the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by written declaration against the landlord. The landlord will, at the request of the tenant, try to find a tenant. The tenant is also entitled, within the framework of the legal regulation, to provide adequate replacement tenants. In this case, the substitute tenant becomes a new contract partner to the landlord.
In both positive cases, the amount of the contractually owed withdrawal costs will then be limited to Euro 200, - processing fee plus any eventual advertising costs.
If no subsequent tenant is found by the contracting parties for the canceled period, the lessor is entitled to the full deposit, as well as flat-rate withdrawal payments as follows:
- For cancellations from 74th to 45th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- For cancellations from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price.
In the case of early departure for reasons which the landlord is not responsible for or a delayed arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the rent in full.
It is recommended to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

The village is 2 minutes walk away and offers the tranquility of Provence on the way to the beaches of St. Maxime (8 km) and St. Tropez (17 km) with a wide range of activities. In Plan de la Tour you will find all shops for daily shopping. Restaurant are also open in winter there. This winemaker village is alive all year.

Das Ferienhaus von Familie Cavro können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist einfach traumhaft dort. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl und willkommen bei diesen tollen Gastgebern, die so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Einfach ein perfekter Ort, um den Urlaub zu genießen und sich zu erholen. Umgeben von der malerische Landschaft der Provence, nur wenige Gehminuten von dem hübschen Ort Le Plan de la Tour entfernt, haben wir den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Hervorzuheben ist auch der wunderschöne Pool, der zum Ferienhaus gehört. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Die Ausstattung ist modern und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Auch die großzügige Terasse ist ideal. Einfach top. Danke!

Die Woche in dem freundlichen Ferienhaus war ein Traum. Dank Klimaanlage konnten wir trotz hochsommerlicher Temperaturen sehr gut schlafen. Tagsüber waren Pool und Liegen perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Mein Lieblingsplatz am Nachmittag: die Hängematte.
Mir gefiel die entspannte Ruhe innerhalb der kleinen Anlage und der zuckersüße Ort mit den individuellen Geschäften und hübschen Restaurants und Bars. Ein Besuch auf den Märkten in Plan de la Tour und St. Maxime lohnt sich. Und abends hört man auf der Terrasse unterm Sternenhimmel die kleine Zwergohreule rufen.
