Cancellation policy
The tenant can terminate the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by written declaration against the landlord. The landlord will, at the request of the tenant, try to find a tenant. The tenant is also entitled, within the framework of the legal regulation, to provide adequate replacement tenants. In this case, the substitute tenant becomes a new contract partner to the landlord.
In both positive cases, the amount of the contractually owed withdrawal costs will then be limited to Euro 200, - processing fee plus any eventual advertising costs.
If no subsequent tenant is found by the contracting parties for the canceled period, the lessor is entitled to the full deposit, as well as flat-rate withdrawal payments as follows:
- For cancellations from 74th to 45th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- For cancellations from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price.
In the case of early departure for reasons which the landlord is not responsible for or a delayed arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the rent in full.
It is recommended to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

The village is 2 minutes walk away and offers the tranquility of Provence on the way to the beaches of St. Maxime (8 km) and St. Tropez (17 km) with a wide range of activities. In Plan de la Tour you will find all shops for daily shopping. Restaurant are also open in winter there. This winemaker village is alive all year.

Host informationWe have bought le mas de Saint-Pierre of 15 years and have been continuously renovated and improved since then. We spent many nice holidays there. I wish you much fun in the South of France.

Uns hat die Woche bei Frederic von A bis Z wirklich super gefallen. Das Haus war top ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Bäder wurden erst kürzlich renoviert und auch der Außenbereich wurde sehr modern gestaltet und war für uns perfekt. Abends konnten wir ins schöne Dorf zum Essen laufen und tagsüber haben wir verschiedene Touren gemacht. Frederic hat uns hierfür viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Überhaupt war die Kommunikation hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche im Haus von Frederic. Sehr sauber, alles in Ordnung, einfach zum wohlfühlen und genießen. Nach der doch längeren Anreise haben wir uns über den kühl gestellten Rosé sehr gefreut.
Wir kommen gerne wieder .
