* Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas billig und auch die Küche ist veraltet. Whirlpool funktioniert nicht.
* Gas wird nach Verbrauch wie beschrieben abgerechnet. Wir mussten sofort bei der Ankunft einen Betrag von 29 Euro bezahlen. Dies ist daher nicht eindeutig angegeben. Merkwürdig auch, dass dies nicht in der Miete enthalten ist.
