This quaint 1-bedroom farmhouse in Cortona can accommodate 4 people. Ideal for a family, it features a shared swimming pool to cool off and a shared garden to de-stress in natural environs.



The town centre, where supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities are there is just 1 km away.



The shared and furnished garden with barbecue is ideal for lazy morning breakfasts or brunch. There is also an open kitchen and a living cum dining room with fireplace to wind up the day. Other amenities include washing machine (shared) and heating (central). Cot and high chair are available apart from a playpen for the little munchkins. You can take the bicycles available here and explore the surroundings.

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Gegend und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Arten von Städten in der Umgebung.
Der Besitzer ist ein sehr freundlicher Mann und beim toskanischen Abendessen haben wir sogar die ganze Familie kennengelernt.
Das war ein wirklich toller Abend.
Cortona ist einen Besuch und ein gutes Essen wert.
Wir haben hier mit unserer Tochter im Teenageralter Urlaub gemacht und es hat ihr auch sehr gut gefallen.
Das Schwimmbad ist super schön.
Supermärkte sind 3 Autominuten entfernt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Il Borgo, ein idyllischer Ort versteckt an einer Hauptstraße, ein Stück Paradies am Fuße von Cortona, gebaut wie eine kleine Festung, ruhig, gelassen und vor allem wunderschön. Ein schönes Schwimmbad mit einigen Liegen und anderen Sonnenliegen, großen Sonnenschirmen. Es gibt 5 Apartments mit Blick auf den Pool mit bewaldetem Baldachin, teilweise mit Hülsenfrüchten. 1 klein 2 Pers. In der Mitte des Gartens steht dieser freistehende Bungalow, an dessen Seite sich zwei Wohnungen befinden. Die Größe der Wohnungen verteilt sich daher über das Grundstück. Sie teilen sich die Waschmaschine mit anderen, die sauber und ordentlich ist und kostenlos ist. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen Sitzbereich im Freien. Die Nutzung eines Grills ist möglich. Der Garten hat verschiedene frische Kräuter, 1 großer Feigenbaum und 1 Baum mit Früchten.
Die Apartments sind im authentischen italienischen Stil eingerichtet. Und das ist sehr schön, unsere Wohnung war groß und mit der obersten Etage für mehrere Personen gut nutzbar. Die oberste Etage ist mit einer Tür verschlossen. Wir hatten das Erdgeschoss. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Schlafsofa und 2 separaten Stühlen. Die Küche ist in Ordnung, alles was man braucht ist da. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet, Waschbecken und Haartrockner. Sah sauber und frisch aus, Küchenhandtücher und Handtuchpaket sind im Preis inbegriffen, Wäscheständer am Haus. Ein Wechsel der Bettwäsche ist in der Mitte des Urlaubs (14 Tage Urlaub) möglich. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über einen Tisch und einen Stuhl sowie einen großen antiken Schrank, der sich auch im Wohnzimmer befindet. Das Bett hat super geschlafen, wir haben unser eigenes Kissen mitgebracht.

Es gibt eine Rutsche, 2 Schaukeln und eine Hängematte.
Die Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, sie gibt einem Tipps, wo man essen kann. Und sie kommen regelmäßig zum Plausch.
WLAN ist großartig.
