Vorteile:
- Das Haus hatte eine wunderschöne Lage.
- Geräumiges Haus mit großer Terrasse.
- Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte in akzeptabler Entfernung.
Negativ:
- Die Angaben auf der Website waren falsch (Besitzer wohnte woanders und war sicherlich kein Winzer)
- Das Haus war sehr veraltet.
- Haus war unvollständig:
Wasserkocher fehlte (wir mussten nur einen selbst kaufen)
Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, nach einigem Beharren bekamen wir in unserer zweiten Woche endlich eine neue.
Die Dunstabzugshaube war zu schmutzig und zu fettig.
Schlecht eingerichtet.
Bad- und Küchenwäsche, Besteck usw. waren sehr angemessen.
Gartenstühle waren durch die Witterung in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, es gab Risse in den Stühlen.
Duschkabine war sehr klein und nicht wirklich sauber.
Gastgeberin war nett, sprach aber nur Italienisch.
Schlußfolgerung:
Trotzdem hatten wir einen angenehmen Urlaub bei sehr schönem Wetter, konnten schöne Ausflüge unternehmen und wunderschöne Städte besuchen, darunter Pisa und Florenz.
Wir bewerten dieses Ferienhaus mit 7-.
Wir hoffen, dass aus unseren Erkenntnissen etwas wird.
