Our visitors liked especially the central position of our house, that makes it possible to make holidays in the high season away from too much tourism and at the same time you can enjoy the beautiful villages, the mediterranean athmosphär and different markets.
Holiday destination
The closer surrounding is perfect for swimming and hiking in an unspoiled nature and also for trips to the castles and monasteries as well as to the impressing groves and waterfalls. Nearby rivers with beautiful bathing possibilies. The next bigger towns are Limoux and Carcassonne with the medieval castle. Narbonne and Perpignan with its pretty old town are located right at the Mediterranean Sea and reached within 1 to 1.5 hours drive. Those who like to swim can reach the lake in the lovely village Arques within a 20 minutes drive. The Pyrenees are approx. 1 hour away. This is a perfect area for winter sports and snow-shoeing.
Getting there
International airports are Toulouse and Barcelona, Ryan Air flies to Carcassonne and Montpellier. From England a lot possibilities with Ryan Air to Carcassonne or Beziers. A car is recommended.

Die FeWo liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf in den Corbieres. Die Küche lässt für ein Feriendomizil kaum Wünsche offen. Auch die anderen Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieterinnen Gitta und Christa standen uns jederzeit mit Rat zur Seite und haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben hier viele tolle Wanderungen unternommen und uns im kleinen Paradies abgekühlt. Wir waren von diesem Urlaub begeistert.

Wie die Zeit vergeht. Nach über 10 Jahren wollten wir noch einmal unseren Urlaub in Südfrankreich verbringen und sind im Sept. wieder in das Ferienhaus Triangle du Sud untergekommen. Es hatte uns damals schon mit seiner Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen, aber es wurde noch weiter verschönert, ausgebaut. Wunderschön. Wir haben die Ruhe hier sehr genossen, den Garten mit den 2 Linden, die idyllischen Badestellen und haben herrliche Wanderungen gemacht. Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten gut Platz uns auszubreiten. Die Gastgeberin hat mit ihren Tipps dazu beigetragen, dass es ein wunderschöner Urlaub war. Familie Weber
