Cancellation policy
Upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total rental price, the house is considered reserved. Cancellations up to 60 days before departure are free of charge. For cancellations between 45 and 59 days before departure, a flat rate fee of 80% of the total price will be charged; from 44 days before departure, 100% will be charged.
The tenant remains free to look for a replacement tenant. This will reduce the cancellation costs accordingly.

Boat and canoe trips are possible on the Mur. In the surrounding area, you will find five thermal baths within a radius of 25 km.

Dieser Ort ist ein idyllisches Paradies für Ruhe, Natur und Familien. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz und ist ideal für Kinder mit Spielen und Tieren wie Kühe in der Nähe. Die nächste Stadt mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur sieben Minuten entfernt. Dank Heizung bleibt es auch an kühleren Tagen gemütlich. Ein empfehlenswerter Rückzugsort.

Sanfte Hügel, Wiesen, Bäume und Weinberge so weit das Auge reicht: in diesem satten Grün liegt das Haus am Paulusberg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft, ruhig und entspannend, bietet Erholung pur und doch liegen in nächster Nähe so schöne Ausflugsziele wie die Städte Ptuj oder Maribor und die Drau.
Das Haus, eingebettet in diese wunderbare Landschaft, ist komfortabel, wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und versprüht eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Auch die Küche ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns in diesem Luxus von Ruhe und Komfort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können diesen wunderschönen Ort wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ach, könnten wir doch noch vor dem Haus sitzen und in den Sternenhimmel schauen!
