Cancellation policy
Upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total rental price, the house is considered reserved. Cancellations up to 60 days before departure are free of charge. For cancellations between 45 and 59 days before departure, a flat rate fee of 80% of the total price will be charged; from 44 days before departure, 100% will be charged.
The tenant remains free to look for a replacement tenant. This will reduce the cancellation costs accordingly.

At nearby farms, you can buy bread and milk and rent horses. The nearest swimming opportunity is the outdoor pool in Ormoz. There is also a bathing lake 15 km away. Fishing is possible in the Drava, Mura, and Pesnica rivers as well as in three well-stocked fishing lakes.
Boat and canoe trips are possible on the Mur. In the surrounding area, you will find five thermal baths within a radius of 25 km.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame und entspannte Zeit. Das Haus - mitten in den Weinbergen - verfügt über viel Platz und alle Annehmlichkeiten um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet!!! Vielen Dank dafür! Wenn man nicht kochen möchte, bietet die Umgebung verschiedene Lokale und natürlich tolle Einkehrmöglichkeiten zum Weintrinken. Toll ist es auch mit Herrn Kos einen verlässlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort zu haben. Auch an ihn vielen Dank! Und für alle nachfolgenden Urlauber im Haus am Paulusberg eine gute Zeit!

In dem Ferienhaus Paulusberg hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub.
Das Haus ist groß und geräumig und bietet für eine Familie mit zwei Teenies ausreichend Platz.
Die Alleinlage im Weinberg bietet viel Ruhe und traumhaften Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft sowie nachts herrliche Sternenhimmel.
Der großzügige Whirlpool lädt zum Entspannen ein - die Aussicht von dort ist ebenfalls wunderbar.
Im nahe gelegenen Ormoz gibt es alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf.
Das Ferienhaus Paulusberg ist idealer Ausgangspunkt zu Ausflügen nach Ptuj, Maribor, Ljubljana, Graz, Kroatien (Zagreb), Ungarn (Plattensee) - auch in das etwa drei Stunden entfernte Budapest haben wir uns gewagt.
In der näheren Umgebung sind tolle Restaurants. Der Verwalter, Herr Kos, ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr empfehlenswert!
