Leider habe ich den von mir gebuchten und bezahlten Urlaub nicht antreten können.
Am Abend vor dem geplanten Abreisetag hat sich meine Frau den Fuß gebrochen,
deshalb mußte der geplante Urlaub dann leider ausfallen.
Telefonisch habe ich Belvilla leider nicht erreicht.
Wenn es eine Möglichkeit gibt, einen Teil der Urlaubskosten wieder erstattet zu
bekommen, bitte ich um Ihre Nachricht.
