BOOKING CONDITIONS (FOR STAYS FOR 2020):
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. When booking, a reservation payment of 30% of the total amount is required
2. 2nd balance (70% of the total amount) due 42 days before arrival.
3. For short-term bookings or NON REFUNDABLE RATE, the total amount is due.

Payments are made in Euros using the following methods:
1. Bank transfer: (free of charge)
2. Credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD) from us: (free of charge) (data will be requested by phone and debited).
3. HOLIDAYHOME ONLINE PAYMENT (FEWO-DIREKT / HOMEAWAY / VRBO / HOMELIDAYS PAYMENTS): + 3% processing fee
4. PAYPAL: + 5% processing fee
PAYMENT POLICY:
1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS (FOR RESERVATIONS FOR 2020):
Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the next working day is the date of receipt of the cancellation!
When the guest has made a payment, they receive:
1. Full 100% refund of the previously paid amount if canceled 31 days before check-in.
2. 50% reimbursement of the previously paid amount if canceled 15-30 days before arrival
3. No refund of the previously paid amount for cancellations 0-14 days before arrival
COVID 19 REBOOKING OPTION for reservations for 2020:
You can rebook / change your existing reservation for 2020 up to 4 weeks before arrival to another period for 2020 or 2021.
All net payments made are accepted for the new period. (VOUCHER)
All requests for changes that arrive less than 4 weeks before arrival are considered a cancellation.

La Perla de La Bahia is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday. The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.
The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car

Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub - Hausvermieter Georgi Mitev hat uns bestens betreut. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und mit allem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattet. Gegessen haben wir ausschließlich auf dem Balkon. Den (beheizbaren) Pool haben wir ebenfalls genutzt und uns auf die Liegen gelegt. Der naturbelassene Strand mit vielen Muscheln befindet sich direkt an dem rückwärtigen Ausgang der Anlage. Ganz in der Nähe kann man auch abends wunderbar Paella und Fisch essen mit Blick aufs Meer! Morgens wurden wir mit Vogelgezwitscher und Wellenrauschen geweckt - was will man mehr?! Einzig, dass man teilweise die Geräusche von der nahe gelegenen Schnellstraße gehört hat. Ein Mietwagen ist für den Aufenthalt an diesem Ort auf jeden Fall nützlich - gerade für den Mercadona Supermarkt in Richtung Estepona :-).
