Das Haus ist in Ordnung, viel Platz und erfüllt im Grunde alles. Ausreichend Parkplätze an der Einfahrt und in der Nähe der Pisten von Altastenberg.
Allerdings würde ich bei diesem Eigentümer ein anderes Haus wählen, man bekommt per E-Mail eine Anleitung zur Nutzung des Hauses (z.B. WLAN, Zutritt, Mülltrennung etc.), die so umfangreich und unfreundlich ist, dass man eigentlich keine Lust mehr auf die Nutzung hat Es. Der Besitzer ist auch telefonisch unfreundlich, ich hatte kurz vor dem Einchecken Kontakt mit diesem Herrn und danach Kontakt zu kaputten/kaputten Gegenständen.
Wenn Sie doch hingehen, machen Sie ein Foto von allem und gehen Sie bis ins letzte Detail durch das Haus, um hinterher keinen Ärger mit dem Eigentümer zu haben. Erwarten Sie kein sauberes Haus, es gibt einen Reinigungsdienst, aber die Frage ist, ob er tatsächlich reinigt.
