Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man zum temporäten Wohnen benötigt. Die Bilder und auch die Ausstattung entsprechen der Beschreibung. Lediglich die Tischtennisausrüstung sollte erneuert werden (Tischtennisplatte, -netz und Schläger).
Besonderen Dank an Oliver - er war unauffällig, aber immer present - er ist der gute Geist der Villa.
