This idyllic 8-bedroom cottage in Vaux-sur-Sre invites you to spend a holiday in the Belgian Ardennes region with a large family or group of 18 people. The cottage has an outdoor bubble bath and a private sauna to relax during the holiday.



You can take tranquil walks in the forest at 5 km and go cross country using at 6 km in winter. The town center with supermarkets, pubs, shops, and restaurants rests at 9 km. There is a lake at 25 km for a pleasant day out. For day trips, the towns of Durbuy, La Roche, and Bastogne are nearby and easy to reach.



Ideal for nature lovers, the cottage has a terrace and a large garden, where you can relax and soak the greenery around. On the furnished terrace, you can have freshly prepared meals and open a bottle of wine. Evenings are enjoyable when you are around a hot barbecue. You have table football, table tennis, and billiards for recreation in the house. For children, play equipment, boules court, and game computer are there. Parking is also available.

In diesem Haus gibt es viel Platz. Angenehmer Wohn- und Essbereich, schöner Ruheraum, schöner Kinoraum mit Spielekonsolen (Wii und Playstation) und Projektor, geräumige Küche mit Hauswirtschaftsraum, Whirlpool und Sauna. Doch das Ganze weist altersbedingte Mängel auf: Der Backofen in der Küche funktioniert nicht richtig, der Inhalt der Küchenschränke ist ein Chaos. Die Ausstattung ist zwar ausreichend vorhanden (allerdings nur 2 brauchbare Pfannen!), aber es ist eine Suche, bis man das findet, was man braucht. Die Kühlschranktür öffnet sich nicht richtig und könnte leicht umgedreht werden. Neben 1 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken) gibt es nur 2 weitere Badezimmer. 1 Badezimmer im Nebengebäude für 3 Schlafzimmer (auf jeden Fall ok). Im Hauptgebäude gibt es 1 geräumiges Badezimmer für 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer befinden sich unter dem Dach und das Badezimmer ist 2 Etagen tiefer. In diesem Haus gibt es viele Treppen zu steigen und es ist insbesondere für ältere Menschen nicht zu empfehlen. Auch weil es keinen Handlauf für die Treppe zwischen Wohnzimmer und Küche sowie zwischen Wohnzimmer und Flur gibt. Der Boden im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche ist ein schmutziger, polierter Betonboden, der starke Alterungsspuren aufweist. Das bereitgestellte Spielmaterial ist unvollständig oder defekt. Für die elektrische Dartscheibe gibt es keine Pfeile, ein Fußballspieler ist kaputt und es gibt keine passenden Bälle und für die Wii sind keine Konsolen erhältlich. Fernseher über Satellitenschüssel, auf dem keine niederländischsprachigen Kanäle verfügbar sind. WLAN ist völlig in Ordnung.
