Während unseres Aufenthalts im Haus stießen wir auf eine Reihe von Problemen, die unsere Erfahrung beeinträchtigten.
1. Schwimmbad:
• Die Schiebetür zum Pool war sehr schwer und ließ sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen. Dies machte die Verwendung unbequem.
• Vor der Buchung kontaktierte ich Belvilla per Chat und fragte konkret, ob der Pool beheizt sei. Die Antwort war ja, aber leider stellte sich heraus, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Das Wasser war eiskalt.
• Außerdem war die Chlorkonzentration im Pool so hoch, dass unsere Augen brannten und stark gerötet wurden.
2. Hygiene:
• Nach der Nutzung des Whirlpools entwickelten wir alle eine Follikulitis, eine Infektion, die laut unserem Arzt durch unzureichend desinfiziertes Wasser im Pool oder Whirlpool verursacht wurde. Dies war sehr ärgerlich und verursachte Unannehmlichkeiten während unseres Aufenthalts.
3. Ausstattung:
• Bei der Ankunft waren keine grundlegenden Ressourcen wie Toilettenpapier, Handseife oder Reinigungsmittel verfügbar. Das war auffällig, da solche Haushaltsprodukte in vergleichbaren Haushalten meist vorhanden sind.
Ich hoffe, dass diese Punkte dem Hausmeister zur Kenntnis gebracht werden, damit sie in Zukunft verbessert werden können.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus. Der Pool hatte die richtige Temperatur. Garten und Terrasse haben sich bei uns Ende Mai mit Sonne abgewechselt. Sehr netter unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Rundum haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbracht. Gerne wieder.
