Haus ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Sie können den Fernseher nicht wirklich für DVDs verwenden und die Arbeitsplatte bröckelt. Auch der Backofen ist verschmutzt und muss erneuert werden. Schimmel im Bad und viel Ungeziefer. Außerhalb der Terrasse ist nicht nutzbar. Und viel Lärm vom Besitzer selbst.
