Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen der Realität. Angenehmes, geräumiges Wohnzimmer und große Küche. Leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht. Der Concierge war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Betten und Sauna auch ok. Unser Aufenthalt entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am sending you a list of defects that I have discovered in the house. If you wish, I can provide photos of each defect. It is important to me to document the status quo of the house so that we do not have any differences of opinion regarding the deposit to be paid.

1. No response from the landlord despite several requests and requests.
unsuccessful attempts to contact him on September 6th, 2024, September 7th, 2024, September 28th, 2024 and October 1st, 2024!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. The handle on the front door is broken, see photo
3. Signs of wear and tear on the wall in the bathroom upstairs
4. Three chairs including the high chair have a smelly smell of sweat
5. One chair, see photo, wobbles dangerously and is falling apart
6. Poor quality of the beds and mattresses. Partly completely worn out, see photo
7. Wardrobe in the basement is missing doors, see photo
8. Dirty fan in the bathroom in the basement
9. Hanging socket in the basement, life-threatening for children
10. Hanging power cables above the door to the living room, unclear whether there is power or not, should be lamp terminals on them photo
11. In the basement, there are often blisters behind the wallpaper, possible indication of mold
12. Two rusty screws on the climbing frame for the children, risk of injury
13. Offering 6 beds in the basement for overnight stays is unworthy, stench, damp, constant noise from the heating
14. Missing table and chair in the bedroom
15. A board in the terrace has broken, my son tripped over it, risk of falling
16. Doors to the toilet at the bottom and top are jammed, can only be closed with force and loud noises
It is unbelievable that after 3 complaints I have not received any answer or reaction from the landlord. Absolutely not recommended
