Ein Vermieter, der einfach zu Ihnen nach Hause kommt, wenn Sie nicht da sind, ohne sich die Mühe zu machen, anzurufen oder eine Sprachnachricht zu hinterlassen. Also keine Privatsphäre!
Hat diese schwierigen Heizknöpfe, die die Hälfte der Zeit nicht funktionieren. Der Herr hat sich das vom ersten Tag an angesehen und er hat gezeigt, dass man es abnehmen kann, um es zum Laufen zu bringen. Als die Dame dann hereinkommt, beschwert sie sich, dass die Heizung zu hoch sei.
Ich hätte niemals in einem eiskalten Winter hierher kommen sollen.
Sehr unangenehm. Das habe ich noch bei keinem anderen Belvilla-Aufenthalt erlebt. Nicht empfohlen.
Außerdem ist das Haus sehr klein und es gibt keine Waschmaschine.
