Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

One well behaved dog is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per week.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.

Holiday destination
The Mirna valley is consisted of a rich variety of plant and animal life. Istrian truffle, a highly valued kind of mushroom, is common in these parts. Every year in Livade you can visit the Festival of the Truffle and that's why the town Livade is also known as the home of the Istrian truffle. The surrounding towns are appealing as well, and most of them have a similar medieval architecture which proves the continuity of these settlements.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung. Alle notwendigen Küchen- und sonstige Utensilien vorhanden. Sehr gute, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Etwas mehr Stauraum könnte vorhanden sein. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Ferienhaus kann definitiv weiterempfohlen werden.
