You can have breakfast either in the surrounding hotels or in the espresso bar at the supermarket.

Holiday destination
Our small holiday home is about 45 km west of Funchal Airport. Located on the sunny southwest coast, you will find the ideal starting point for exploring the island.
Funchal can be reached in 35 minutes by car.
Only three minutes on foot is the marina, where you can book whale watching trips, big game fishing tours, tandem flights, or boat trips. You can also berth your own boat there.
Getting there
From Funchal airport: about 45 km by rental car or by bus (for a fee at the Hotel Savoy Saccharum).
Funchal - in the direction of Camera do Lobos and Ribeira Brava - then in the direction of Ponta do Sol - Calheta - to the sea and beach - last road on the seaside

Bei unsere Ankunft begüßte uns eine lebendige Maus im Küchenschrank! Also erst einmal Maus fangen! Im Bad lag eine große Schabe. Fast tägliches Ritual Schaben rauswerfen. Untere Etage fpr uns nicht angenehm, sehr dunkel, kühl und zugig bei dem windigen durchwachsenen Wetter! Riesenspalt unter Haustür! Sitzplatz unten im eingezäunten Bereich des Hauses nicht wirklich schön. Riesenhotel nebenan! Etwas Zookäfigfeeling! Rückenlehne vom Deckchair auf dem Balkon defekt, klappte immer weg! Kein Tisch auf dem Balkon. Geschirrtuch fehlte!
Toilettenpapierhalterung kaputt, beim
Abrollen immer runtergefallen. Portug.
Zugehfrau ging ohne Ankündigung ins
Haus, spülte, entsorgte Müll, räumte die
Lebensmittel weg. Privatsphäre??? Licht im Durchgangsraum zur Treppe ging nicht!

Direkt am Meer!
Zu zweit haben wir das kleine Häuschen für 8 Tage gebucht und es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen.4Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen, den Supermarkt und die vielen Resgtaurants und Bars.
eein wunderbarer Strand ist direkt am Haus, der Sandstrand ca 5 Fußminuten entfernt.
Den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer direkt vom Haus aus.
Das Fitnesstudio kann im Hotel nebenan zur Benutzung gebucht werden.
Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
