Villa Mimosa is perfectly situated right in the middle of the pitoresque green triangle Moraira-Benissa-Calpe. The villa itself is located in an exceptionally green area at the end of a dead-end street, with amazing views, great privacy and no immediate neighbours, the land is surrounded by olive trees and alike. First restaurants and supermarket is at 1 to 1.5km distance, and within a 7km range there are >100 restaurants, bars, sea, snorkeling creeks, beach and supermarkets.
