Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:
An unpleasant topic, but I must mention:
Trip cancellation requires written notification.
It is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival (day of booking), except for the reservation deposit.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, the renter has to pay a cancellation fee of 85% of the agreed rental price.
In case of non-arrival without cancellation we charge 100% of the agreed rental price.
Please consider trip cancellation insurance.

The local bus, the little woods with children's playground and the shopping street are easily reached by car or on foot, restaurants, Edeka with fresh rolls 10 minutes on foot.
West coast park, BG Rehabilitation and North Frisia Clinic are in the immediate vicinity. Tram line, Aldi, Lidl, pharmacy, drink shop, Räucherscheune (smoked fish and meat shop) all nearby.

Motorway exit Heide West, toward Büsum, Wesseburen, St. Peter-Ording,

Gisela und Lutz sind die perfekten Gastgeber.Wir wurden überaus herzlich empfangen,sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt für's erste Abenbrot und Frühstück.In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts.Sie war top in der Ausstattung,geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt.Der dazugehörige,gepflegte Garten war für uns und Hund Carlos ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Bei unserer Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank gefüllt!
