Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions: We consider the reservation to be binding as soon as the deposit is received. In the event of cancellation:
• Up to 90 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• between 90 and 30 days before arrival the deposit will be retained as cancellation fee
• Between 30 and 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total price.
• Cancellation within the last week before arrival, late arrival, or early departure will be charged 100%.

Prices refer to two-room apartment with double occupancy
In winter you can ski to your heart's content. You can choose between 1200 km of ski slopes of the Dolomiti Superski carousel, where 450 lifts with only one ski pass are at your disposal.
Here you will find the right slopes for all your needs. In summer our house is an ideal starting point for short walks and also for rewarding mountain or climbing excursions. Within a radius of 5 km you can also find a high ropes course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a public sauna, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, ice rink with the possibility to go skating and enjoy fiery hockey games.
In winter, you will also find toboggan runs and cross-country ski runs in a beautiful natural setting in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer a more active lifestyle, you can also enjoy paragliding, mountain biking or climbing the most famous Dolomite passes on a racing bike.
A well-equipped climbing gym is also at the guests' disposal. A newly built covered riding stable with outdoor paddock invites you to enjoy horseback riding in winter and summer.
Holiday destination
Our villa is located in St. Christina, the middle village in the Gröden valley, very quiet and sunny surrounded by meadows and trees in the district of Plesdinaz, with impressive views of Wolkenstein, the Langkofel mountain range, the Sella massif and the mountains of the Seiser Alm.
The village centre with restaurants and shops, as well as the most important lifts and the connection to the Sellaronda are about 1500 m away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car, ski or summer bus. The bus stop is only 150 m from our house.

By car
The easiest way to reach Gröden is via the Brenner autobahn (A22). From the north via Innsbruck-Brenner-Klausen, from the south via Verona-Bozen-Klausen. The best exit is called Klausen/Gröden. From there you take the well marked mountain road past Ortisei and reach St. Cristina after about 30 minutes. Once in St. Cristina, follow the GREEN hotel route (from the roundabout at Hotel Dosses, turn into Cislesstrasse, after 500 meters turn left into Plesdinazstrasse and continue for approx. 1 km until you see the sign for Apartments La Rojula on the right). 150 m further you are already standing at our house and can immediately enjoy the magnificent view.

Wir haben in dieser gemütlichen, sehr komfortablen Ferienwohnung
- mit unglaublich viel Stauraum - unseren Skiurlaub verbracht. Die spektakuläre Aussicht von der überdachten Terrasse auf die wunderschönen Dolomiten haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Garage und Skikeller waren sehr praktisch.
Wir freuten uns auch über die pünktlich gelieferten frischen Brötchen
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir fühlen uns jedes Jahr wieder sehr wohl und genießen die Wohnung mit dem tollen Ausblick und die Herzlichkeit von Familie Galiani. Auch im nächsten Jahr werden wir das vielfälltige Ski-Gebiet und das leckere Essen genießen können. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt.
