Cancellation policy
Cancellations can only be made in writing, preferably in advance by email. We always make an effort to re-rent the property to someone else. The following cancellation rules apply:
Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price is to be paid.
Cancellation 14 days before arrival or even later: the full rental price is to be paid.
We recommend taking out insurance. If the stay is cancelled or shortened, 100% of the total rental price must also be paid.

Family tip:
In March 2016, a new Karls adventure village, with many attractions, opened in Koserow. This new destination is only approx. 17 km away and the journey takes around 20 minutes by car. A great new destination for families!
Holiday destination
Our apartment is located in a house with 5 units (built in 2014).
It's a part of the Dünenpark community, which consists of high-quality single-family and multi-family houses. The entire complex is designed with great outdoor facilities. It's fun to walk along the cul-de-sacs and quiet side streets while listening to the sound of the sea. The beautiful 80m wide sandy beach is just a 4 minute walk away. An ideal base camp for a great holiday!
Getting there
Here we'll describe the final stages of your arrival (coming from Wolgast):
Coming via the L264, main street, until the OIL petrol station.
Follow the road and drive over the train tracks, then turn left towards Peenemünde.
After about 300m turn right onto Waldstraße, then immediately turn left.
After another 170m, follow the forest road to the right.
After approx. 220m you will reach the street corner with Waldstr./Str. der Freundschaft; drive diagonally onto Kapitänsweg.
Follow Kapitänsweg approx. 280m to the corner of Lotsenstieg and you've reached your
holiday destination!
The "Koje 2" parking is on Lotsenstieg, right next to the house; more
“visitor” parking can also be found in front of the entrance on Kapitänsweg.

Zum 2. Mal haben wir unseren Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen können. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Es ist ruhig und doch zentral. Es hat wieder alles gepasst. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hier bleiben keinerlei Wünsche offen! Wir möchten uns herzlich für die schöne Zeit bedanken, die wir in dieser wunderbar gestalteten und ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht haben. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich vorstellen kann und sogar noch viel mehr darüber hinaus. Die Strandspielsachen, die Grundnahrungsmittel, Ambilight-TV, das Willkommensgeschenk - hier wird mehr als üblich geboten! Viele FeWos in dieser Kategorie haben wir besucht, diese ist ganz weit vorn. Die Lage ist ruhig, man hat das Gefühl, allein zu wohnen, hat sogar einen separaten Zugang zur Terasse. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für einen schönen Strandurlaub, selbst im Coronasommer war es nicht zu voll und man konnte gut entspannen, keine Ballermann-Atmosphäre. Sauberkeit und Zustand sind 1A, gerne kommen wir wieder. Bitte weiter so!
