Cancellation policy
If the lessee cancels the contract before the rental period begins without presenting a new lessee, who can enter into the contract to the existing conditions, the following proportional fees, minus expenses saved, shall be paid as compensation if re-letting is not possible:
Cancellation
- up to 49 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% of the rental fee
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.

Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen könnte. Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnen für einen guten Start in den Tag, großes Badezimmer. Das beste war der große Garten mit Trampolin und Hängematte sowie die Terrasse, auf der man abends stundenlang Sterne beobachten konnte.
In der Umgebung kann man viele Ausflüge machen, sogar direkt vom Haus loswandern.
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war problemlos mit extrem kurzen Reaktionszeiten.
Kinder sehr willkommen. Vom Kinderbesteck über Stühlchen, Kinderbücher bis zum Spielzeug alles vorhanden.
Ein Premium Urlaub ohne Kompromisse.
