- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

The water is warm enough to swim in by April and sun-worshippers have the beaches to themselves. They are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving. By the end of May, the countryside is a riot of colour and the conditions are ideal for to go cycling, walking or play golf.

The beaches of Puerto Pollença and Alcudia can be easily reached by car in around ten minutes, and Pollença is approximately five kilometres away.

Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist schön und die Gartenanlage sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool ist perfekt zum Abkühlen. Der Service (check-in, check-out und auch bei Problemen und Fragen) war super. Es wurde schnell reagiert und geantwortet.Alles in Allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und würden die Finca erneut buchen.

Wir haben schon öfter mit Frau Prager unseren Mallorca Urlaub geplant. wir waren nur zu Zweit und hatten uns deshalb für die kleine Finca entschieden. für uns der perfekte Urlaub. ein toller Garten, Ruhe, weiter Ausblick und Pollensa und Alcudia nicht weit entfernt. die neue Küche für 2017 war nicht nötig, aber Hobby Köche werden sich freuen. VIelen Dank
