The lovingly furnished, spacious apartment (roughly 100m²) is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 people total. A sofa bed (140x200) and cot or cradle are available if an extra sleeping space is needed.
The large eat-in kitchen with its cosy tiled stove and attached bench invite you to relax and enjoy the day. A counter and 3 stools offer extra space in the kitchen. Our guests are also welcome to make use of the large, private terrace with garden and barbecue area with a rustic settee. Sun loungers and a parasol are available. There's also a storage room.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Washing machine and dryer may be used upon request.

A visit of the castle, a ship tour on lake Chiemsee, a visit to the Farmhouse Museum or the EFA Museum of German Automotive History in Amerang, a sightseeing tour of the historic cities on the River Inn, Wasserburg am Inn and Rosenheim.
The apartment borders on the small river 'Attel' and is surrounded by meadows and idyllic nature.
The ideal place for relaxing, quiet time and recreation. And we highly recommend it to families. Cycling, inline skating, horseback riding and much more is possible here. The Golfclub Pfaffing is located in the immediate vicinity. Cities such as Munich, Rosenheim and Wasserburg am Inn can be reached quickly and invite you to take a stroll or go shopping.
Travelling by car from the north:
Autobahn A99, exit Haar / Ebersberg. Take the B304 towards Ebersberg; after approx. 17 km, turn left towards Grafing. Follow the signpost for Rott am Inn. After about 6 km, you'll reach Jakobneuharting. Continue for about 3 km and you'll get to an intersection with a bus shelter. Make a right turn and after approx. 500m, there's a junction & a signpost at the left: 'Lettenberg 1a'.
By car, coming from the south:
Autobahn A8 Salzburg-München (Munich), exit Bad Aibling. Follow the signposting to Bad Aibling and on to Ostermünchen. From there, follow the road towards Emmering and Rott am Inn until you reach Bruckhof. In Bruckhof, you'll pass an inn, then make a left turn. Follow the side street for about 5 km to ?? -sentence incomplete/Satz unvollständig.
