Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following rules apply:
Cancellation by the tenant: - if the cancellation is made more than a month before the start of the rental period, the tenant loses the deposit paid
- if the cancellation is made less than a month before the start of the rental period, the tenant is also obliged to pay the difference between
the deposit and the total rental agreement.
Cancellation by the landlord:
- the landlord is obliged to transfer back to the tenant double the amount of the deposit within seven days after the cancellation.
If a delay in the start of the rental by the tenant of more than 4 days from the scheduled arrival time is not communicated, the landlord may attempt to re-rent the accommodation without this affecting their right to claim damages from the tenant.

When I first came here, I was so enchanted by the landscape that I knew I would return; and so it happened, and we, my husband and I, are delighted to be able to look after our guests who also like to come back; we live in the same house, meaning our guests have a direct contact person should they need advice. Wir, Mutter,erwachsene Tochter und unser Labrador, verbrachten zwei entspannte Wochen in der individuel gestalteten Ferienwohnung von Fr. und H.Masson.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und genossen die Lage und Ruhe , den Blick von der Terrasse, die kurzen Wege zum Strand und ins Zentrum mit dem täglich stattfindenden Markt und den verschiedenen Restaurants, die landschaftlich wunderschöne Gegend mit besuchenwerten Städten und Dörfern und nicht zuletzt den Bummel über die typischen Märkte. Die Zeit verging im Flug , gernewären wir noch länger geblieben.
Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Frau und Herr Masson für die freundliche Aufnahme , für die Fürsorglichkeit - sie waren hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner. .
Allen, die eine Oase ,abseits des Mainstreams suchen, können wir dies kleine Paradies empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend im Spätherbst mit tollen Ausflugszielen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Ferienwohnung ist in der Tat sehr gut ausgestattet. Frau Masson stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Offensichtlich ist der Ort auch ein Garant für gutes Wetter. Auf der Hin&Heimfahrt hatten wir nämlich Dauerregen. Das Wetter hat sich ca. 60 Km vor dem Ort in eine Schön-Wetter-Zone verändert und so blieb es auch den ganzen Urlaub über. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und vielleicht kommen wir in den nächsten Jahren wieder einmal vorbei, um die Gegend zu einer anderen Jahreszeit erleben zu dürfen.
