For a cancellation more than 90 days before the rental period, we charge an amount of € 50.00. For cancellations up to 60 days before the rental date, 20% of the confirmed travel price must be paid. From the 59th day before arrival 50% and from the 35th day before arrival 80% of the travel price are to be paid. Until the other occupancy of the apartment, the calculated amount for the duration of the contract.

Holiday destination
You are in close proximity to the beach and Germany's oldest seaside resort: Heiligendamm, which is known as "The White City by the Sea" and in which the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm hosts guests from all over the world. Beautiful beaches, traditional seaside resorts, beautiful landscapes and streets as well as castles, manor houses and mansions everywhere. Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde can be reached in 10 or 15-20 minutes by car.
Getting there
You will find the way to the BEACH HOUSE easily. If you are coming from the Autobahn (A 20), take the exit to Bad Doberan. Take the "Landstraße" to Bad Doberan and from there towards Warnemünde. In the next small town (Rethwisch) turn left to Börgerende and follow the street straight ahead. In Börgerende turn right from Seestraße into Strandweg and drive to the end. The BEACH HOUSE is the last house in this street. On the way to us you will first pick up the key from the David Touristik team. This is possible in Kühlungsborn and in Warnemünde. Coming from Warnemnde the route is almost the same. You also turn off in Rethwisch towards Börgerende. Coming from Kühlungsborn you drive via Wittenbeck to Heiligendamm. After the "Wasserwerk" (=waterworks) there will be a roundabout. There you turn towards Heiligendamm. After you have already passed the Grand Hotel, turn left into the Seedeichstraße. This road leads you directly to the waterfront and then parallel to the coast to Börgerende. In Börgerende turn right into Seestraße. After 300 to 400 m, turn left into the "Strandweg".

Als erstes die Wohnung ist vom Schnitt und der Einrichtung sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Sekt und Gummibärchen-sehr lieb und aufmerkam. Leider gab es einige Mängel die behoben werden können. Die Badtür ging nur mittels Schlüssel zu verschließen, die Mikrowelle war defekt, wünschenswert wäre auf dem Balkon ein Sichtschutz am Geländer da die Fußgänger und Campingleute einem auf den Teller gucken können, die Großen Teller konnten nur in die Spülmaschinen gelegt werden, das Haus ist sehr sehr hellhörig. Das ist keine Kritik sondern nur Verbesserungsvorschläge Im ganzen haben wir schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und konnten uns erholen.
