Cancellation policy
Upon termination of a booked trip to 28 days before arrival we charge 25% of the rent for cancellation fees. Upon termination to 14 days before arrival we charge 75% of the rent for cancellation fees and 7 days before arrival 100% of rental.

Holiday destination
The Villa Pequena Torre is located in a quiet part of the popular resort of Carvoeiro with it's picturesque beach cove and 4 km from the small fishing village Ferragudo. The next beaches Praia dos Caneiros and Praia Grande are about 4 km away, a small supermarket and restaurants can be found within 1 to 2 km. Two 18-hole golf courses (Vale da Pinta and Gramacho) are located in at only 3 km away.
Getting there
From Faro airport take the "A22" highway direction "Portimão / Lagos". Do not take after about 20 km take the turning towards "Lisboa" !! Proceed only after about 45 km exit 6 for "Lagoa". Take now the "N125" and exit at "Lagoa Sul". Then follow the signs "Lagoa". At the second large roundabout, turn right for "Carvoeiro" now and at the next roundabout, go straight to "Sesmarias". In Sesmarias you see on your left hand side a water tower and turn thereafter the fourth street on the left (Mark is a traffic island). Now follow this road down and before it goes uphill again, you will see right on the hillside, Villa Torre Pequena.

Da war das Haus kannten sind wir natürlich gerne wieder gekommen. Aber leider ließ diesmal die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Auch ist der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse nicht optimal

Liebe Frau Schniewind, Ihre Unanehmlichkeiten im Urlaub bedauere ich sehr!
Jedoch verstehe ich nicht, warum Sie sich mit Ihrer Kritik wegen der Sauberkeit weder an den Verwalter vor Ort noch an mich (Frau Stiehler) gewandt haben, wozu Sie jederzeit die Möglichkeit gehabt hätten. Schließlich haben Sie uns ja auch wegen anderer Wünsche Ihrerseits bereits im Vorfeld kontaktiert (wie z.B. die vorzeitige Anreise), denen wir umgehend nachgekommen sind.
Bezüglich des Sonnenschutzes hatten Sie die Gegebenheiten bereits bei Ihrem ersten Besuch kennengelernt und damals keinen Mangel kommuniziert.
Das Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste steht für uns an erster Stelle. Und wenn etwas nicht den Kundenwünschen entspricht, dann kommen wir diesen nach - wir müssen es nur wissen.

Unser Urlaub war fantastisch und die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Villa liegt ruhig, etwa 4 km von den Stränden Praia dos Caneiros und Praia Grande sowie dem Fischerort Ferragudo entfernt. Ein Mietwagen ist hilfreich. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt für Hobbyköche und der klimatisierte Essbereich sowie die sonnige Terrasse sind ideal für Mahlzeiten. Der Außenbereich ist großartig mit Terrasse, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirmen, Grillplatz und Pool. Die Vermieter und der Hausverwalter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar, und wir kommen gern wieder.
