Die ruhige Altbau Wohnung befindet sich in der 4 Etage, welche mit einem Aufzug vom EG erreichbar ist. Sie liegt 5 min von der Tram Haltestelle Ruska entfernt. Tram Karten sind bequem in der App Pid Litacka zu kaufen. Leider sind vor Ort keine Parkplätze was die An und Abreise erschwert. Der bewachte Parkplatz befindet sich 7 min entfernt und kostet 350 Kronen pro Tag. Die Begrüßung erfolgt vor Ort durch eine englisch sprachige Dame kurz und knapp. Was ich fand, ist dass die Sauberkeit und die fehlenden Küchenutensilien ausbaufähig sind. Ansonsten ist diese Fewo für einen Kurzurlaub absolut empfehlenswert. Ein Lob auch noch an den freundlichen Vermieter Herr Schinner. Unseren Jahreswechsel in Prag bleibt somit unvergesslich.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es ist an alles gedacht, lediglich der Zustand des Geschirrs lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten ist alles top.
Wir wurden von Katka in flottem Englisch begrüßt und eingewiesen. Unterlagen schickt Herr Schinner bereits vorab, so dass man gute Tipps und einen kleinen City-Plan vor Anreise bekommt.
Zum Ticketkauf für die Tram bzw. um ein paar Kronen zu bekommen (Bank), empfehlen wir die Richtung zur Straße Moskovskaja auf dem Plan. Ansonsten kommt man auch mit Euro in Prag gut zurecht.
In der Nähe der Tram-Haltestelle Russka befindet sich eine kleine preiswerte Pizzeria für Pizza zum Mitnehmen.
Lediglich die Parkplatzssuche fanden wir sehr anstrengend und nervenaufreibend.
Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.
