Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy.
If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation takes place between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price.
In the event of a no-show, the entire rental price will be charged, minus any services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that damage has not occurred or has not occurred to the extent calculated. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.

The holiday apartment Casa Allegra is located in the romantic village of Livo. Nearby are private houses and their gardens. In Livo, there is a well-stocked village shop and 2 good restaurants. Honey from the surrounding chestnut forests is sold by the neighbor. Hiking and mountain bike tours can be started right from the front door. Lake Como is about a 10-minute drive away.
Getting there
Having a car is recommended. There is also a regular bus service to Livo. You will receive detailed directions upon booking.

Wir haben hier letztes Jahr einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige Umgebung und die Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
