Cancellation policy
For a cancellation until 12 weekd bevor the beginning of the rental we calculate no fees. If you already payed the rent in advance we repay the amount.
For a cancellation from 12 weeks until the start of the rental the owner can calculate fees.
a) cancellation from 12 to 8 weeks in advance:20% of the full amount
b) cancellation from 8 to 4 weeks in advance :50% of the full amount
c) cancellation from 4 to 2 weeks in sdvance:80% of the full amount
d) cancellation from 2 weeks in advance until the start of the rental: 100 % of the full amount.

Holiday destination
The house is situated in a beautiful scenery with view over meadow orchards and the green wooded mountainsides of the Schienerberg.
From here you can hike or go by bike in the direction of lake Constance or to the city of Singen. The bicycle path along the Radolfzeller Aach is beautiful - no matter what direction you choose. Rielasingen is a good place to start your trips to Switzerland and around the lake Constance.
Schaffhausen, Konstanz, Rafolfzell, Stein am Rhein, Überlingen and Meersburg are waiting for your visit!

You can arrive from 3 pm until 6 pm.
Please call us half an hour before your arrival so that we can come to the holiday house right in time to give you the key.

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Teenagern und zwei Hunden angereist und haben uns in dem Haus der Familie Mielke sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus ist top eingerichtet und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und von daher für uns als Hundebesitzer optimal.
Und insbesondere der Kontakt zu Frau Mielke war jederzeit problemlos und super nett.
Wir danken für ein paar schöne Urlaubstage

Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir unsere schönste Zeit des Jahres bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Ein tolles Haus mit kleinem Garten direkt am kleinen Flüsschen, komplett eingezäunt, dass man beruhigt die Hunde laufen lassen konnte. Man konnte den Vögeln lauschen konnte und die Sonne genießen. Kein Autolärm, da man wirklich am Ende der Sackgasse wohnte.
Die Küchenausstattung war sensationell, es war einfach alles vorhanden. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, dabei sehr sauber. Man ist etwas abseits, aber sehr schnell bei Bäcker und Märkten. Auch zur Schweiz ist es nur ein Katzensprung, sowie in die anderen schönen Städtchen am Bodensee oder landeinwärts.
Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen.
Eine ganz klare Empfehlung.
