Cancellation policy
For a cancellation until 12 weekd bevor the beginning of the rental we calculate no fees. If you already payed the rent in advance we repay the amount.
For a cancellation from 12 weeks until the start of the rental the owner can calculate fees.
a) cancellation from 12 to 8 weeks in advance:20% of the full amount
b) cancellation from 8 to 4 weeks in advance :50% of the full amount
c) cancellation from 4 to 2 weeks in sdvance:80% of the full amount
d) cancellation from 2 weeks in advance until the start of the rental: 100 % of the full amount.

Holiday destination
The house is situated in a beautiful scenery with view over meadow orchards and the green wooded mountainsides of the Schienerberg.
From here you can hike or go by bike in the direction of lake Constance or to the city of Singen. The bicycle path along the Radolfzeller Aach is beautiful - no matter what direction you choose. Rielasingen is a good place to start your trips to Switzerland and around the lake Constance.
Schaffhausen, Konstanz, Rafolfzell, Stein am Rhein, Überlingen and Meersburg are waiting for your visit!

You can arrive from 3 pm until 6 pm.
Please call us half an hour before your arrival so that we can come to the holiday house right in time to give you the key.

Schnell haben wir uns in diesem schönen Haus wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie im Angebot beschrieben, sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe eingerichtet. An dem kleinen Flüsschen hinterm Haus hatten unsere Jungs viel Spaß.
Die Küchenausstattung war großartig, es war einfach alles vorhanden.
Vom hier aus konnten wir viele schöne Orte mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Auch für Geocacher ist die Gegend gut geeignet.
Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen.
Eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Sicher waren wir nicht das letzte Mal hier.
Der Kontakt zu Frau Mielke war super und sehr unkompliziert.
