Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

The village of Varengeville with many shops is 2 km away and the beach 1 km (easily accessible on foot or by bike). Varengeville is a charming village which has attracted many painters, musicians and poets in ancient times and continues to inspire many artists.
From the house it is only a 5 minute drive to Dieppe, a pleasant seaside resort offering large seafood restaurants, a beautiful marina, casino and open air seawater swimming pool.

Wir sind zu Viert angereist (Mein Mann, mein Sohn, die Schwiegermutter und ich). Es gab genug Schlafräume. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer war sehr bequem.
Das Highlight war die freistehende Badewanne im Schlafzimmer.
Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und ländlich. Der Garten ist sehr groß und gepflegt.
Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig, die Einrichtung ist ein Mix aus Moderne und rustikalem Ambiente.
Die Bilder entsprechen durchaus der Realität.
Ich möchte keinen Minuspunkt dafür vergeben, aber erwähnenswert finde ich noch, dass wenn man das kleine Bad im Obergeschoss nachts benutzt, dass der Boden extrem laut knarrt und die Tür sehr laut quietscht..
Wenn mehrere Leute nachts auf die Toilette gehen ist das manchmal doch recht störend.
Trotzdem volle 5 Punkte ! Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus; in der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, die Betten bei Ankunft bereits überzogen. In der Umgebung des Hauses ist es auch nachts sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind prima. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich ausreichend in Dieppe oder Offranville. Frische Meeresfrüchte zu günstigen Preisen gibt es täglich in Quiberville frisch vom Fischerboot. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Beindruckende Ausflugsziele zu den felsigen Küsten bei Etretat, Le Treport oder Dieppe.
Die Buchung und Kontakt vor Ort war unkompliziert.
