Our house is situated in a sunny, quiet yet central location and is surrounded by a magnificent mountain world. In summer, it's an ideal starting point for hikes or mountain tours of any kind. The outdoor pool and the children's playground are just a few minutes' walk away, and the idyllically situated bicycle path is also only a few minutes from the house.
In winter, cross-country ski tracks and winter hiking trails pass directly by the house. The ski bus stop is just a few steps away, and our local mountain "Diedamskopf" invites you with 40 kilometers of slopes for all levels of difficulty, a varied freeride area, and nine modern lifts for fun on the slopes for everyone.
The nearby ski resorts of Damüls-Mellau (10 km) and Warth-Salober (20 km) can also be reached in no time.
