Holiday destination
Due to the central location in the heart of Carinthia, Italy and Slovenia are within reach for a short trip, such as shopping or a stroll through the city.
The wonderful lakes (Urbansee, Ossiachersee, Wörthersee, Maltschachersee, etc.) can be reached in a short drive and with their excellent water quality provide cooling for young and old.
The charming surroundings of Simonhöhe and St. Urbans are among the most popular family recreation and hiking areas in Central Carinthia.
Getting there
From Germany, exit A10/E55 Villach-Ossiacher See, turn left onto B94 towards Ossiacher See.
From Italy and Slovenia, take the A10/E55 Villach-Ossiacher See exit, turn right onto the B94 towards Ossiacher See.
At the roundabout take the second exit to Feldkirchen, approx. 22 km.
Pass Feldkirchen and shortly afterwards turn slightly right onto the B94 towards St.Veit.
After approx. 4.5 km turn left to St.Urban/Simonhöhe then stay on this road until you reach Simonhöhe approx. 8 km.
Pass the Simonhöhe sign and continue for about 50 metres, the destination is on the right.

Wir sind zu zweit mit Hund eine Woche zu Gast auf der Simonhöhe gewesen.
Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Österreicher (auch Hunden gegenüber) hat uns sofort beeindruckt.
Es war einfach toll. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt ausgestattet. Die Erholung ist somit zu 100% gewährleistet.
Der Blick ins Tal ist unbeschreiblich.
Von der Ferienwohnung sind viele Wanderwege ausgeschildert und auch sonst kann man viel erleben. Besonders das gute Essen in der nahen Umgebung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir kommen wieder!

Hallo Frau Peron,
Wir, eine Familie mit Kind und Hund, haben sehr schöne Weihnachten 2018 in dieser wunderschönen und räumlich sehr großzügigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Bereits der Empfang durch Frau Peron war sehr angenehm und sie stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hochwertig renoviert und mit allem, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht, ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ins Tal von der wunderschönen Terrasse war genial und ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung hervorragend, da man unmittelbar vom Haus auf die angrenzende Skipisten und die Wanderwege gelangen konnte.
Das hauseigene Schwimmbad und den Tischtennisraum haben wir ebenfalls gerne genutzt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Bis bald......
