Our luxurious and historic farmhouse is located in the midst of the Kitzbühel Alps surrounded by world famous ski areas and an outstanding variety of hiking, bike, golf and climbing alternatives.
The former living quarters, stable and barn were renovated and integrated into one exclusive chalet with over 160 m², 3 romantic bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna. The achitectual highlight is the former barn and stable with a hight of seven meters, wood walls and roof, open fire place and splendid view into the mountains.
In the whole chalet historic wood, original beams and old brick floors give a special and exclusive atmosphere. Old wood and fine materials are the basis for the interior design.
We integrated the latest technology, with underfloor heating, romantic lighting, TV with all international channels, CD player, towel heating, ski boot dryer, e-car charging, ... The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
All rooms have unrestricted view into the Kitzbühel Alps up to the "Wilder Kaiser" mountain range. Enjoy also the beautiful view from the large and quiet terrace over meadows into the mountains.

At the church left, after 150 metres you will see the Bergwiesenhof on the right.

20 years ago, we - the Schubert family from Düsseldorf - dreamed of an old farmhouse in the Kitzbühel Alps / Wilder Kaiser. In 2015, we had accidentally discovered this farmhouse, built in 1899. The reconstruction work took almost 2 years - now, we are happy to share our dream with guests. You can rent the Bergwiesenhof via our agency Alpenchalets Resorts, Kurfürstenstraße 34, Munich - Mr. Felix Wolf. Our dear neighbours, the Mayr family, will look after you on-site.
