Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the renter of the rental agreement made with the landlord requires written approval from the landlord. If this does not occur, the agreed upon price in the agreement must be paid if the renter does not take advantage of the contractual services. This does not apply in cases of default by the landlord or any impossibility of limitation of the service attributable to the landlord. A private cancellation insurance policy is recommended for the renter. The renter can only cancel the contract without any payment or damage claim claims from the landlord, if a cancellation deadline was set by them and the landlord up to a certain date. This right of cancellation of the renter is void if they do not provide notice of cancellation to the landlord in writing by the agreed upon date, unless there is a question of default on the part of the landlord or if the service cannot be provided by the fault of the landlord. Without triggering payment or damage claims on the part of the landlord, the renter is authorized to cancel the trip up to 60 days before arrival according to the following conditions: Cancellation up to 60 to 45 days before arrival / 30% of the agreed upon rental price is due. Cancellation up to 44 to 31 days before arrival / 50% of the agreed upon rental price is due. Cancellation up to 30 to 15 days before arrival / 70% of the agreed upon rental price is due. Cancellation up to 14 days to 1 day before arrival / 100% of the agreed upon rental price is due. Cancellations must be made in writing to the landlord, unless the landlord agrees to an oral cancellation. The cancellation day is the day the landlord receives the cancellation.

Swimming in the north sea lagoon in the summer months regardless of the tides. The lagoon has a large seawater-fed swimming lake, a separate swimming option for small children. The lagoon has lifeguards.
Holiday destination
The holiday home is in the immediate vicinity of the dike (100 m) and near the centre of Burhave and the north sea lagoon. Your holiday destination unites the attractions of a quiet beach holiday with hiking and cycling with the option of visiting the surrounding cities of Bremerhaven, Bremen and Oldenburg with many leisure options in bad weather. Local facilities, such as bakery, merchants, doctor, pharmacist, restaurants and a bathing ans spa building are located in the immediate vicinity.
Getting there
Arrival via motorway A29 or A27. Take the A29 Jaderberg exit and take the L862 toward Jade to Diekmannshausen. Then take the coast road 197 toward Nordseebäder (North Sea Beaches) to Stollhammerdeich, then follow the L859 to Stollhamm. From Stollhamm, follow the L860 to Burhave. Follow the L860 to Burhave centre, then take a right and follow the "Strandallee" to the end. Take a right there onto the "Am Deich" street. After 800 m, turn right onto "Zur Sillenser Brake" street. The destination is 100 m further on the right side.

Wir sind bereits das zweit Mal im Rooden Hus gewesen und wir können nur sagen, dass wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt haben! Das Haus ist einfach top! Unsere Labbi-Hündin war mit Hundebox und -decke auch mit dabei und freute sich riesig über den "Keks"! Wir hatten auch viel Glück mit dem Wetter! Nächstes Jahr verbringen wir wieder ein paar Tage hier! Vielen lieben Dank für alles!!!

Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Ein gemütliches Haus mit liebevoller Betreuung. Egal was war, es war immer jemand erreichbar, herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von der Küche bis zum Kinderzimmer merkt man, dass hier mitgedacht wurde. Einfach ankommen und genießen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt hinter dem Deich, ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin. Ob Spaziergänge am Meer, Toben mit den Kindern oder im Strandkorb in erster Reihe sitzen und den Kindern beim Spielen zusehen, wir konnten die Seele baumeln lassen- besser geht's nicht! Wir hatten eine richtig schöne entspannte Zeit und sagen Danke für alles.
