Cancellation policy
If you cancel within 8 days of receiving the booking confirmation and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 25% of the base rent will be charged.
If you cancel within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the base rent will be charged.
If you cancel within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the base rent will be charged.
If you cancel less than 1 week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun, 100% of the base rent will be charged.
A cancellation fee of €25 will be charged for cancellations. The booking fee of €17.50 is non-refundable.

Oostkapelle is located in Zeeland on the island of Walcheren. The charming village center is just a stone's throw away from the accommodation and offers numerous restaurants with delicious food, several shops and boutiques, and during the summer, the popular tourist market.
The biggest attraction is the sandy beach, which is a delight in any weather. Both the main beach and the dog beach are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Walking through the storm, letting all the stress blow away, or basking in the warm weather with the sun on your face, ice cream in hand. In Oostkapelle, every tourist feels right at home!

Host informationOostkapelle Holidays was born out of our family business, which has been active for 3 generations in renting holiday homes and apartments. My grandmother, Mrs. Mouthaan, started with private holiday home rentals in Oostkapelle 50 years ago. Her greatest wish was for me, her granddaughter, to continue the legacy. After my education in tourism and many years of experience in the industry in Zeeland, I took over the house rentals under the name Oostkapelle Holidays.

Gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung mit guter Ausstattung , komfortablem, geräumigem Bad, guten Betten, gut funktionierender Heizung. Die Wohnung ist über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, ansonsten auch für ältere Paare wie wir es sind, gut geeignet. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
