The open kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. There is a dining area. The living room has a seating area with HD TV and DVD player. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double box spring bed and a French balcony. The other two bedrooms each have 2 single box spring beds. The bathroom has a rain shower and toilet. This holiday home has a large garden with a terrace around the house. Garden furniture, 2 parasols, and a small garden fireplace are available.

1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
- In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
- In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
- In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
- In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).
