Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

This enchanting house is just two kilometres from the city of Manacor, famous for its pearl factory and high-quality furniture shops. There, you can go for shopping or try typical food in one of the local restaurants. The via verde, formerly an old tramway, is nowadays a popular trail for hiking and cycling.
A 20 minutes' drive takes you to the east coast with many lovely beaches. Porto Cristo is famous for its sand beach, the harbour, excellent restaurants and the famous Drach Caves. This caves will surprise you not only with its stalactites and stalagmites but also with the subterranean lake called Llac Mantel. In Cala Millor you can have a drink in one of the pubs or visit the safari-zoo, where your children will have a lot of fun. Last but not least we would like to mention a few more sand beaches: Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, S'Ilot and Cales de Mallorca.
