Holiday destination
The location is ideal for those who love the sea and at the same time wish to visit Rome, which is located 50 minutes from the villa. Close to the villa you can find the Tor Caldara nature reserve, Landriana gardens and the Villa of Nero at Anzio.
Ninfa gardens are 40km far, and you will need a two hour and a half ride to reach the archaeological site of Pompeii.
Getting there
From the “grande raccordo anulare" of Rome take the exit
n.26 (ss 148 Pontina) towards Latina direction, then road SS 207 Nettunense towards Anzio. After turn on “Via del cavallo morto” towards Lido dei Pini until you reach the coastal road Ardeatina. Take your right and after 1 km you'll find Lido dei Pini.

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit einem einmaligen Zugang zum Strand. Die Terrasse lädt zu entspannten Abenden ein. Alles ist auf Gemütlichkeit und Wohlfühlen ausgerichtet. Angenehm überrascht waren wir, dass das Haus auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügt.
Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern Christian und Camilla lief einwandfrei, schnell und sehr freundlich.
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, welches bestens ausgestattet ist. Hier mangelt es an absolut nichts!
Toller sauberer Strand, Urlaubsfeeling pur. Camilla&Christian sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zwei Familien und es war ein fantastischer Urlaub!
