Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the tenant shall pay the following reimbursement of expenses to the landlady to the extent that the holiday flat cannot be re-rented in the booked period despite immediate activation of the occupancy schedule on the homepage and on all represented portals: Up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, no cancellation fees will be charged. Up to 1 month before the start of the rental period 40 %, up to 1 week before the start of the rental period 70 % and in the last week before the start of the rental period 90 % of the total rental price. The date of receipt of the written notice of cancellation by the lessor in text form is decisive. The tenant's premature departure, which must be notified to the lessor, does not entitle the latter to assert claims for restitution or damages. The tenant shall also owe the agreed rent for this case. If the tenant withdraws from the contract and provides a subsequent tenant at the same time who declares in writing that he/she accepts the agreed conditions, the landlady will issue a new booking confirmation.

Getting there
Coming from the north: B27 from Donaueschingen to Blumb.-Randen, make a right turn (B314) towards Waldshut (approx. 30 km). Turn right at the intersection Horheim-Schwerzen, then left to Schwerzen. From the west: B34, when you reach Tiengen-West, take the A98 until it ends, then make a left turn (B314) towards Singen. See our homepage for more details.

Wir haben spontan entschieden ein paar Tage Urlaub in der Region zu machen, dabei fanden wir diese tolle Unterkunft. Vermieter angeschrieben, gebucht und los. Die Vermieter sind absolut freundlich, geben Tipps was man machen kann usw. Die Wohnung ist voll und ganz ausgestattet, und fehlte es ab nichts. Planen schon wieder für den Sommer. Gern und jederzeit wieder.

Liebe Familie Wagner, die neun Tage in Ihrer wunderbaren Ferienwohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Beschreibungen und auch den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem der Whirlpool ist toll. Sie waren immer für Fragen offen und hatten uns eine Fülle an Ausflugs- und vor allem Verkehrsführungstipps (durch die Schweiz) zu bieten. Herzlichen Dank, Jörg Czichon und Jasmin Schöne
