Mit dem Auto: Ausfahrt Regau, Richtung Gmunden B145. Bei der 2. Ampel geradaus und rechts Richtung Gmunden Zentrum abbiegen.
Richtung Links (Bahnhofstrasse) Gmunden Zentrum. Kreisverkehr 2. Ausfahrt Gmunden Zentrum.
Am Graben Ende bei der Ampel Richtung links abbiegen durch die Stadt, Traunbrücke überqueren - Ampel geradeaus ca. 200m gegenüber Kirche (Vor Kreisverkehr!!) rechst abbiegen und dann gleich wieder recht. Annastraße entlang über die Straßenbahnschienen noch ca. 300m die erste rechts und dann gleich wieder rechts und sie sehen die Bernhard Schmidt Gasse. Am Ende das Auto parke (genügend Parkplätze vorhanden) Ferienhaus ist direkt am hintersten Ende. Ruhig und sehr zentral.
