Car recommended, nice quiet location in a private complex. Very well maintained! The house is located on the hills of Le Trayas/Theoule-sur-Mer (19 km to Cannes) on a private road with private parking at the house and a dreamlike panoramic view of the sea.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön oberhalb des Ortes, daher hat man einen unverbauten traumhaften Meerblick. Die Einrichtung ist top. Alles da was man benötigt. Zum Meer/ Strand kann man laufen oder wenn man doch etwas Gepäck hat, auch in 3. min zum Strand fahren. Die Lage eignet sich auch sehr gut für Ausflüge. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch Wanderungen ins Hinterland. Alles in allem ist diese Haus absolut empfehlenswert. Die Abwicklung durch die Agentur lief einfach und unkompliziert. Alles Top!

Das Haus liegt wunderbar und hat in der Tat einen traumhaften Meerblick, umwerfend. Die beiden Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel. Alles war tipptop sauber und super gepflegt. Gute Ausstattung und uns hat es nichts gefällt. Man kann von dort aus prima Ausflüge machen, toll wandern und Mountainbiken. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen in jedem fall wieder. Danke auch an die Agentur für die schnelle und reibungslose Abwicklung.
