If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Holiday destination
The delightful fishing village Porto Colom is situated on the East Coast of Mallorca. In the local harbour you can watch the traditional fishing boats, called llaüts. A 15 minutes' walk or a short drive by car takes you to the lovely bay Cala Marcal. On the beach you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. After a stroll through the alleys, you can try fresh fish and good wine in one of the restaurants and just enjoy your holidays.
A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Cala Millor with a safari-zoo and playgrounds for your kids. During the summer, there are lots of pubs where you can turn the night into day.

Wir, zwei Paare, haben 10 schöne Tage in der Villa verbracht.
Das Haus ist genau wie hier beschrieben, gute, geräumige Aufteilung der Räume (Schlafzimmer unten vielleicht etwas klein), sehr gute Ausstattung, komplett eingerichtete Küche. Sehr schöner Pool, der auch zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Das Haus liegt ruhig "am Hang" in einer Wohngegend; Strand, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen (ca. 10 Minuten; zum Hafen etwas länger).
Portocolom an sich hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Viele leerstehende Geschäfte, Angebot ist sehr überschaubar.
Der Kontakt mit VILLAFINCA war ausgezeichnet. Einfache Vertagsabwicklung, stets schnelle, umfassende und kompetente Anworten und sehr gute Betreuung und Hilfe vor Ort (kleines Problem mit dem Pool sofort behoben). Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
