zero.
100 metres after the toll station, turn right onto the SP30 towards Acqui Terme.
At about km 9, turn right off the SP30 towards Mombaruzzo ( there are signs) on the SP44. From this point, do not turn at any junction or crossroads where the road goes down and you can be sure not to get lost until you reach the Casa Nanda holiday home in Mombaruzzo.
At about km 18, you enter the village of Mombaruzzo, you come to the village shop (Alimentari). Right and left it goes downhill and thus the road that rises remains according to our formula (never downhill), the Via Leonotti. After around 200 metres, you'll see two benches on the right-hand side of the road. Turn left into Via San Bernardino and continue to the end. You've arrived!

Casa Nanda ist wirklich ein wundervoller Ort um seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Kaum hat man durch das große Holztor den Hof betreten, schon ist man in die einmalige Aussicht verliebt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und bietet alles was es zum wohlfühlen braucht. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Mombaruzzo ist genial und sorgt für die notwendige Ruhe in diesem kleinen Urlaubsparadies. Gleichzeitig erreicht man in fußläufiger Entfernung die Dorfmitte mit einigen kleinen Läden und Restaurants. Mombaruzzo selbst ist ideal gelegen um das Piemont zu erkunden, Asti, Alba, Acqui Terme aber auch Genua sind nicht weit. Auch die nähere Umgebung mit den vielen malerischen Dörfern bietet viel Gelegenheit zum Weinkauf und Essen. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich.

Den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen ist nur zuzustimmen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts.
Es ist ruhig im Dorf gelegen und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alles Notwendige sowie Restaurants gibt es fußläufig im Dorf. Das Beste für uns war jedoch der traumhafte Ausblick, den man zu jeder Tageszeit hat. Rundum einfach toll!
Wir wären gern länger geblieben, um all dies ausgiebiger genießen zu können, und hoffen auf ein nächstes Mal!
