Family-friendly chalet in the picturesque village of Maria Alm in the Hochkönig ski and hiking area. The house is 140 m² in size and consists of a spacious living and dining area with a garden and wooden terrace for relaxation and comfort.
On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom and a single room with a bathroom, as well as 1 separate bedroom with its own bathroom. All bedrooms face south and have a balcony.
The chalet has a wood-burning stove and offers plenty of space for spending time together, such as cooking, dining, playing, reading, or just letting your soul dangle. The chalet offers a beautiful view up to the Steinernes Meer!

The chalet is located directly on the Maria Alm cross-country ski trail and is the ideal starting point for numerous winter hikes - either on the cleared winter hiking trails or with snowshoes in open terrain. The ski bus stop is about 200 meters away.
In the summer, the adventure pool and tennis courts are about 700 meters away. The Natrun high ropes course is located in the center of Maria Alm, approximately 2 km away.
By car: via Lofer and Saalfelden to Maria Alm, or via Mühlbach/Dienten to Maria Alm.
By train: the nearest train station is in Saalfelden. From there by bus or taxi to Maria Alm.
By plane: the nearest airport is in Salzburg. Then by rental car via Mühlbach/Dienten to Maria Alm.
