Description

The holiday home Villetta Shardana was fully renovated in 2014 and is situated in one of the calmest and greenest locations of the Costa Paradiso.

Beside a large living area with seating corner, Sat-TV, fireplace with bench seat and a dining area the home has an open kitchen. From there we go through a corridor into the sleeping area. There are a large bedroom with a canopy bed and a bedroom with two single beds. In this area you can also find a bathroom.

From the living area you can access a large, covered veranda with garden furniture. The southwest of the holiday home has another covered veranda.

Special features

The home is refurnished and well-equipped. It features an air-condition as well as a traditional open fireplace. The living area is tastefully furnished with two seating areas and a dining area.

The property is a small, green oasis in the heart of the countryside , just 1.300 m distant to the sea (direct line). A business center with a supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops for meat, fish, fruits and vegetables.

Fantastischer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus in Superlage.

Das Ferienhaus ist besser als die Beschreibung vermuten lässt. Insbesondere die naturnahe und ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer in 220 Metern Höhe. Aus dem Wohnraum kann aus 6 Fenstern in drei Himmelsrichtungen geschaut werden und es gibt 4 Terrassen, von denen zwei überdacht sind. Die sehr leistungsfähige Klimaanlage in allen Räumen kann an kühlen Tagen auch zum Heizen genutzt werden. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist für Gehbehinderte allerdings nicht leicht zu bewältigen . Wir würden und werden dieses Haus sicher ein weiteres Mal buchen.

Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Zeit erlebt.Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus..Alles entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung.Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.Das Ein und Auschecken ,sowie die Betreung durch Manuela war perfekt.Wir hatten das Vergnügen auch den Besitzer,Herrn Röder kennenzulernen.Eine sehr nette Begegnung.Die Ruher dort und kein Autoverkehr haben alles nur noch abgerundet.Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien und hatten im Vorfeld einige Fragen. "Es wird Ihnen gefallen", war das Schlusswort des netten Vermieters - und er hatte nicht zu viel versprochen. Ankommen, auspacken, wohlfühlen und genießen! Alles war so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Mit Freude am Wandern und an der Umgebung sind wir auch den Weg zum Li Cossi Strand mehrfach hinuntergelaufen. Der Rückweg förderte den Stoffwechsel - je nach Sonnenstand. Auch wenn wir in unserem nächsten Sardinien-Urlaub erst einmal neugierig auf andere Umgebungen sein werden, behalten wir die Viletta Shardana gerne im Hinterkopf für eine Rückkehr. Die Viletta bietet ein wunderbareres Zuhause im Urlaub und ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Der Abschied ist uns schwergefallen. Nochmals schönen Dank an Herrn Röder.
