Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) until the day before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day the rental period begins or later: the full rental price.

The holiday home de Zeehond is just 500m away from the beach in Julianadorp aan Zee and is located in a beautiful holiday park with a lake, a small animal park, and a children's playground.
The park also offers a restaurant, bowling, tennis, mini-golf, jeu de boules, laundromat, children's zoo, and more.
In the immediate vicinity, there are shopping and leisure facilities of all kinds.
In Den Helder to the north, you can admire historical ships, among other things!
Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg until you reach the dunes.
There, turn left; after about 300 m on the left is Park Strandslag.

Wir haben nun schon zum zweiten Mal einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht (Kinderbett, Kinderstuhl, Bollerwagen) und die Wiese rundum ist super zum spielen. Dadurch, dass alles eingezäunt ist, braucht man auch mit kleinem Kind keine Sorge zu haben, es draußen spielen zu lassen. Der Spielplatz liegt direkt gegenüber (zum Glück nicht direkt im Blickfeld ;-) ) und zum Strand geht man mit dem Bollerwagen wenige Minuten. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr entspannt und ruhig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ich habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt,
es ist alles da was man braucht , und der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt.
Ich und mein Hund fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Ich kann dieses Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
